The SteffanPoem We don't see the drifting dreamingThe SteffanPoem by ~Skysoul
Rising up from our imaginations like water steaming
Forever unknown to most of us
Whose minds are such crowded as a yellow school bus
Never do we appreciate the gleam of inspiration
Sweating off our brow like persperation
We see the tangible oft marked as the only reality
While we forget those to whom dreaming is a speciality
The writers, poets, artists, and 3D animators
Who haven't had a life since before college began
Yes this poem has lost its rhthym and rhyme
Because clever words I could not find
Oh there we go, but this poem is soon ending
As enigmatic as the beginning
And to you Steffan,

Poser Poet 3 Never again shall I mournPoser Poet 3 by ~Skysoul
From whose arms I was truly torn
Of flowing fields of gold and green
I will remember us as serene
From the pocket of my memory's heart
Punctured through with a well aimed dart
Never again shall I tarry or betray

For when it calls you do bow

She had never intended to become a raider, really. Sure, there were always the usual fantasies of becoming a Ko'lor, among the best warriors the world had ever seen, defeating all your foes, and getting everything you wanted. However at the age when reality beckons to the mind, and a calling to the soul, children wake up from their children dreams and grow older. Still, Shayla had always sworn her destiLegends Part 2 by ~Skysoul

Guantanamo By all description, the detainees at Guantanamo Bay are a threat to United States citizens. The locking up of six hundred or so detainees is probably a necessity. However despite the security advantages, legal and moral questions arise as to their status. Because the United States does not recognize the Taliban or al Quada as a sovereign people, they are not protected under the Geneva Conventions of 1929 and 1949. The detainees are without a doubt being given proper food and medical treatment, for even though they are our attackers the U.S. government would get disapproval from the American people if the prisoners were treated inhumanely.
